Before the Estonian seminar we had 4 meetings with teachers involved in the project (there are 6 teachers working in a team). We decided on our program and shared themes. Every member was responsible in different ways – preparing the presentations, how and what we present. Big question was, how do we start to communicate in zoom. We experimented and then decided what programs to use and how we present our kindergarten.

We decided to use break out rooms for communicating in zoom and this was a good idea. Some participants of the seminar had a lack of language skills, but break-out room activity in zoom fulfilled mostly the goal (we wanted more teacher communication).

We have a good experience using ITC devices and learning robots in the learning process in our kindergarten, but the other thing is presenting our work on the web and teaching others. Our teachers had a good learning process themselves preparing teaching videos and other presentations. We had a good reflection with the Estonian teacher team after the seminar about presentations we made (some were too long and boring..). This kind of seminar was good learning for Estonian teachers – we grew like a team and had good contacts with Croatian teachers.
